Command– I can take control of a situation, make decisions, and encourage others to produce results through motivation or leading by example.

Restorative– I am adept at dealing with problems, figuring out what is wrong, and resolving them. I am driven to produce tangible results each day and can quickly identify how to improve something.

Achiever– I work hard and take satisfaction in staying busy and productive. I possess a great deal of stamina, allowing me to inspire others to do their best work.

Context– I enjoy thinking about the past because we can understand the present and prepare for the future by examining history. I am also determined to create a framework of facts to put things into perspective.

Input– I have a need to collect and archive; whether it be information , ideas, or artifacts. I sometimes favor working towards specific goals by myself, and have a desire to increase my own knowledge.
